It got past its hiccup, connected with accountB and asked for my password. So in the end I logged into the O365 portal and assigned a SfB liscence to accountA, went for a shower to let it synchronize to everywhere it needed to, came back to my computer and tried it again. My thoughts were along the lines of, something in SfB is trying to connect first with accountA instead of reading the email address of accountB that was typed in, because typing in an email address in a box is waaaay too complicated for some software. I launched SfB and got the error that's the topic of this discussion. So after logging out in the application and then logging in with accountB, as stated, all my applications worked except for the obvious. When launching an O365 application (I picked Word or Excel for less complications) it displays which account is logged in on the top right of the window. I was reading through various forums and came to a conclusion that seemed to make sense and I was able to resolve my issue.ġ) My computer is logged on with accountAĢ) My O365 applications are supposed to use accountB After spending 2 extra hours in the office I threw my teddy on the floor, stomped my feet and spat my dummy out (I went home to log in and try to fix it). All the other O365 applications still continued to work OK. ![]() I changed my password, logged out and logged back in and all of a sudden it would no longer let me log into SfB. SfB was working fine with all the other O365 applications for the longest time. I checked the DNS for the domain and it was fine and everything else looked fine so I did what we all do when we get into some technical trouble, turned to Google. ![]() Hi, I had exactly the same issue as I was about to leave the office today.
